Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:
Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, or Company Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview at Villa la Valencia the day after arrival to Mexico is required. Transportation to Villa la Valencia approximately 20 minutes away will be provided.
Villa Group Puerto Vallarta owners are not eligible for this promotion.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at a Villa Group property twice before.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
Age
Married Couples - at least one of the qualified participants must be in the age range of 30 to 70 years old.
Legally single women - between 30 to 70 years of age.
Legally single men - between 35 and 59 years of age.
Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income (singles must meet this qualification on their own, combined income for married couples).
Must be employed full-time, part-time employment does not qualify.
RETIREES ALLOWED if full-time retired, and not working at all.
Must not be a full-time student.
Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government-issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married couples and legally single women & men.
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
This promotion is for US Citizens & Canadian Citizens only. Quebec residents or Quebec born Canadian citizens do not qualify for this promotion.
Legally Single Men and Women cannot travel with guests that reside in Mexico.
Resort Fees
There will be a $33.95 per night resort fee due at the time of booking. The resort fee includes VIP Luxury Transportation with A/C & WiFi from the Airport to Hotel. A hotel representative will be waiting outside the terminal with a sign with your last name on in it. It also includes all gratuities/tips for bartenders, waiters, and beach towel service
Additional Terms
When traveling to Puerto Vallarta the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Villa Group Property or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in Mexico.
Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 6 months are not eligible for this promotion.
Current Villa Group Vacation Ownership owners, guests that have previously attended a Villa Group Cabo promotion and employees of travel related industries such as: Travel Agencies, Timeshare exchanges, Airlines, Hotel and Resort Employees, are NOT eligible for this vacation package offer.
Individuals who own real estate (including timeshare, fractional or full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Villa Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun and Loreto are not eligible.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.
Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $199 dollar fee. You have 18 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
Refund Policy
Booksi hotel offers provide 18 months to select your travel dates, the most amount of flexibility possible. We offer a 7-day refund request where customers are able to request and receive 100% of their money back in full. Please note that if no request has been made for a refund within 7 days of purchasing the offer, customers will no longer be eligible for a refund.
