This package promotion includes Hotel Room Accommodations: Up to 4-Day/3-Night accommodations at a local area hotel which can sleep up to 4 people. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations.

Primary Travelers must meet the Resort's Qualifications: You must be at least 28 years of age or older with full-time employment or 60+ and fully retired. Minimum annual household income may be required where financial eligibility requirements are not met. Minimum creditworthiness is required. Attendance of a 120-minute presentation is necessary to receive this special offer. You and your spouse, if married, or partner if cohabitating, must attend the presentation. You must also have a valid personal major credit card bearing a MasterCard(R), Visa(R), American Express(R), or Discover(R) logo. You, and your spouse if applicable, must be able to read, write, and speak English. Guests who are showing signs of intoxication that may impair their decision-making may not attend the presentation. Vacation Ownership employees are ineligible. Please bring a valid photo ID and a major credit card to check-in at your presentation. For U.S. residents, please bring a valid U.S. government-issued photo ID. International guests, please bring a valid passport.

You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. You must call the vacation specialist number in your confirmation email within 3 days (KY RESIDENTS 14 days & FL RESIDENTS 30 days) after your purchase date to receive a full refund. Refunds after the stated period are not available due to the promotional pricing of this offer.

Hotel/Resort check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. The hotel/resort fees and taxes are due when confirming your arrival dates prior to your stay. Some hotels and resorts also require a parking fee due at the time of arrival if you bring your own transportation. A security deposit on an active credit card is required at the time of check-in.

A 30-day advance booking notice is required to secure your reservation and preferred accommodations. Please note that while we advertise specific properties, they are not guaranteed because you have 18 months to use the package. This means, depending on your travel dates, we may need to offer alternative but comparable hotel/resort accommodations. Reservations are subject to availability.

Additional Options: We offer a 4th night upgrade that can be added to the package at the time of checkout. You can also opt for a 7-day advance booking notice instead of the 30-day advance notice, available at the time of checkout.

Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees, and room incidentals are not included. Nightly room taxes, which range from $10-$50 per night, and a $150 refundable reservation deposit are due at the time of setting your travel dates. The $150 refundable deposit is given back by the timeshare developer upon completion of the 120-minute presentation. If not pre-purchased, White Glove Service will be offered as an add-on at the time of setting dates and is not required. White Glove Service offers a complimentary reschedule if used 5 days prior to your arrival date, an in-depth E-booklet of the destination you are traveling to, and a separate toll-free number that jumps the queue ensuring you're first in line.

Please note that not completing the full sales presentation and/or not qualifying under the terms of this stated agreement will result in a $500-$1200 fee to the active credit card on file, depending on the full price of the accommodations. Any and all premiums and benefits will only be honored upon legitimate completion of the presentation and compliance with all terms of this offer unless prohibited by law. The package is fully transferable to another qualified guest if the original purchaser is no longer able to preview and travel as scheduled.
