You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received.  You must call the vacation specialist number in your confirmation email within 3 days (KY RESIDENTS 14 days & FL RESIDENTS 30 days) after your purchase date to receive a full refund. Refunds after the stated period are not available due to the promotional pricing of this offer.

Hotel/Resort check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. The hotel/resort fees and taxes are due when confirming your arrival dates prior to your stay. Some hotels and resorts also require a parking fee due at the time of arrival if you bring your own transportation. A security deposit on an active credit card is required at the time of check-in.

A 30-day advance booking notice is required to secure your reservation and preferred accommodations. Please note that while we advertise specific properties, they are not guaranteed because you have 18 months to use the package.
