Congratulations! As a qualified participant, the Royal Savoy would like to offer you the opportunity to enjoy this incredible offer of savings up to 83% off the retail price. This package promotion includes room accommodations with breakfast each day for 2 adults. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, primary travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel

The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion and will honour only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. 

Credit Card

GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID MAJOR CREDIT or DEBIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.

Presentation

Attendance to a 90-minute resort preview at the Royal Savoy is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at any Savoy hotel in the past.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.

Age

Married or Cohabitating couples - both must be aged between 30 - 65.

Income

Must not be in the process of bankruptcy. Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify, however, retirees that meet other qualifications are accepted. Combined annual income must meet or exceed 52,000€/£45,000.
Income excludes any and all income derived from unemployment, alimony, child support, Social Security, temporary/permanent disability, commissions, real estate commissions, real estate investments, rental income property, annuities, CDs, home equity funds, insurance, inheritances, mutual funds, royalties, savings accounts, Stocks, or tips.

Language

Both qualified participants must be fluent in English without the help of an interpreter.

Identification

Married and cohabitating couples must present a major credit card or debit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.

Marital Status

Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 24 months living together and bring government-issued IDS with matching addresses.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
If you are cohabitating with a partner, that partner must travel and attend presentation. You cannot qualify as a single if partner does not attend.

Additional Terms

You are not eligible if you toured any Savoy Resort location in the past. 
Cannot have consecutive promotional packages.
Cannot be attending or participating in a sporting event, convention, or family reunion. Booksi holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Booksi believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

If incorrect/inaccurate or false information is supplied at the booking stage which results in customers not adhering to the qualifications set by the hotel developers, or failure to attend the presentation, customer will be liable to pay the full retail cost of the accommodation upon check out directly at the hotel. 

Rescheduling Policy

You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival. The first change will be free but for a second amendment there will be a £100 fee applied.  Any changes made within 30 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a £100 fee. You have 18 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

Refund Policy

Our offers provide 18 months to select the dates of travel creating the most amount of flexibility possible. We do offer a 7-day refund request timeframe where customers are able to request and receive their money back in full. Please note that if no request has been made for a refund within 7 days of purchasing the offer, customers will no longer be eligible for a refund.
