Group Travel
The resort is offering this first-time visitor promotion, and will honor only one package per family, friends, acquaintances or known groups traveling on the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, if you are traveling with others this package cannot be used for this trip, but you can save it for later. Otherwise, there are additional costs associated with group travel.
Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customers Must bring with them to the Presentation: picture IDs and a Major Credit Card VISA or MASTERCARD or Discover are accepted (Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards, or American Express, departmental and store cards are not accepted).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.
Presentation
Attendance to a 120 minute vacation ownership presentation.
Time and place will be established by you & the Executive Services Representative during your pre-arrival call.
Activities (excursions) can NOT be planned for the same day of your scheduled resort preview.
Must tour with spouse/fiance/significant other/life partner if married/engaged/cohabitating.
Age
Married couples - Must be between the ages of 28 - 75
Cohabitating Couples - Both must be between the ages 28-75
Single Women - Must be between 30-70
Income
Married, Cohabitating Couples. and Single Women - Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income.
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Retirees accepted if receive a minimum $50,000 USD Annual income and meet all other qualifications.
Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.
Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID upon Unlimited Vacation Clubs (UVC) verification call and when checking in to the hotel and to your reserved sales presentation you must present the confirmation letter from Booksi.com.
Married, Cohabitating couples and Single Women must present upon Unlimited Vacation Clubs (UVC) verification call and bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).
Marital Status
Offer is valid for married, cohabitating couples, and single women.
Cohabitating couples must have a minimum of 2 years living together and provide upon Unlimited Vacation Clubs (UVC) verification call proof such as matching IDs, Drivers License.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.
Countries
Offer is valid only for permanent residents of the 50 United States and Canada, excluding French Canadian provinces who meet all other qualifications. Valid USA or Canadian government issued ID must be presented by all guests.
Resort Fee
There will be a $39.95 per night Resort Fee charged automatically once your confirmation email is sent. This fee includes unlimited food and premium alcohol as well as use of resort amenities.
Additional Terms
This promotional package is non-transferable. This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer from your agency, any other company advertising another resort or for use with another vacation ownership week on the same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. This applies for qualified guests, family and friends traveling at the same time.

Rescheduling Policy
Due to the popularity of the AM Resorts once dates are chosen they cannot be changed. You are welcome to make changes to your reservation and choose another resort without penalty if change request is received at least 16 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 10 days of your scheduled arrival will be a penalty of the total cost of the package. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.

The advertised $550 Cruise Cash represents the combined available cruise savings described below. It is not a single $550 cash payment, gift card, account balance, or discount that may be applied to one cruise reservation.
Cruise Cash provides discounts off the lowest publicly available retail cruise fare available at the time of booking.
Available savings include:
$300 on qualifying Norwegian Cruise Line sailings of 5 nights or longer.
$200 on qualifying Carnival Cruise Line sailings of 5 nights or longer.
$50 on qualifying Margaritaville at Sea sailings of 3 nights or longer.

Refund Policy
You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received. You must call the vacation specialist number in your confirmation email within 3 days (KY RESIDENTS 14 days & FL RESIDENTS 30 days) after your purchase date to receive a full refund. Refunds after the stated period are not available due to the promotional pricing of this offer.
