You may cancel and request a refund at any time within three (3) days following the date you purchased your vacation package, less the retail value of any gift(s) and/or accommodations received.  You must call the vacation specialist number in your confirmation email within 3 days (KY RESIDENTS 14 days & FL RESIDENTS 30 days) after your purchase date to receive a full refund. Refunds after the stated period are not available due to the promotional pricing of this offer.

Hotel/Resort check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM local time. The hotel/resort fees and taxes are due when confirming your arrival dates prior to your stay.  A security deposit on an active credit card is required at the time of check-in.

A 30-day advance booking notice is required to secure your reservation and preferred accommodations. Please note that while we advertise specific properties, they are not guaranteed because you have 18 months to use the package. This means, depending on your travel dates, we may need to offer alternative but comparable hotel/resort accommodations. Reservations are subject to availability.

Normal travel expenses such as transportation, airfare, meals, parking, resort fees, and room incidentals are not included. Total room taxes, which are $317.03 per stay are due at the time of setting your travel dates. The hotel will charge $6.00 USD per night per room at check-out. This is a mandatory country sanitation tax. A flexible rescheduling policy is available if contact is made at a minimum of fifteen (15) days prior to arrival date. Rescheduling fee for vacations range from an approximate $380-$400 and is dependent upon both requested dates and availability. If not pre-purchased, White Glove Service will be offered as an add-on at the time of setting dates and is not required. White Glove Service offers a complimentary reschedule if used 15 days prior to your arrival date, an in-depth E-booklet of the destination you are traveling to, and a separate toll-free number that jumps the queue ensuring you're first in line.

Cruise Cash provides discounts off the lowest publicly available retail cruise fare available at the time of booking.
Available savings include:
$300 on qualifying Norwegian Cruise Line sailings of 5 nights or longer.

$50 on qualifying Margaritaville at Sea sailings of 3 nights or longer.
